SJVN Limited Recruitment 2025: 100 Apprentices Positions

SJVN Limited, a Navratna CPSE under administrative control of Ministry of Power, Government of India, was incorporated on May 24, 1988 as a joint venture of the Government of India (GOI) and the Government of Himachal Pradesh (GOHP).

SJVN Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates who are domicile of Himachal Pradesh for undergoing one year apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 100 Positions

Graduate Apprentices: 40 Positions

Diploma Apprentices: 25 Positions

ITI Apprentices: 35 Positions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Apprentices: The candidate must possess a full time 4 years Bachelor degree in Engineering in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE.

Diploma Apprentices: candidate must possess a full time 3 years Polytechnical diploma in Engineering in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/ Board of Technical Education of State.

ITI Apprentices: Candidates must have passed Matriculation with regular full time ITI course in respective trade recognized by NCVT/ SCVT

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 15-01-26. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in Matriculation examination (10th), 12th and ITI Course/ Diploma and Degree in Engineering.

Training Duration: One Year

Stipend: Rs 15,000/- Per Month for Graduate Apprentices
Rs 13,500/- Per Month for Diploma Apprentices
Rs 12,500/- Per Month for ITI Apprentices

Application Fee: Rs.100/-
SC/ ST/ EWS/ PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
