South Eastern Coalfields Limited a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, A Government of India Undertaking, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various posts for regular deployment across different Mines/ Establishments of SECL.

Mining Sirdar T&S: 577 Vacancies
Dy. Surveyor T&S: 43 Vacancies
Assistant Foreman (Electrical): 435 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Mining Sirdar Posts: Candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
Or
Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration or Degree in Mining Engineering or other equivalent qualifications approved in that behalf by the Central Government from any recognized Institute.

Dy. Surveyor Posts: Candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
Or
Degree or Diploma in Mining/ Mine Surveying Engineering from any recognized Institute.

Assistant Foreman Posts: Candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination from any recognized Board of examination.
Or
Diploma or relevant and higher qualification (Minimum 3 years course) in Electrical Engineering from any Institute recognized by the Government.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 08-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination followed by a personal interview.

Period of Training: One year

Basic Pay: Rs. 47,330/-per month

Application Fee: Rs.1180 for Unreserved (UR) /OBC- (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer/ EWS categories candidates
SC/ ST/ ESM/ PwBD/ Departmental Candidates/ Female Candidates are exempted from the submission of the application fee.
