Job Description :

GSL is a Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence and is a Schedule ‘B’ Mini Ratna Category-I Company, engaged in designing and building Ships for Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and for other customers, including friendly foreign countries.

Goa Shipyard Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Fixed Term Employment (FTE) Posts for 03 years further extendable upto 02 years.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a full time Regular Bachelor Degree on a relevant discipline from a recognized University/ AICTE approved Institution.

Desirable Qualification: Post graduate Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Course from a recognized University/ AICTE approved institution in relevant field.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 36 years for Manager and 33 years for Deputy Manager as on 31-03-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview only.

Scale of Pay: Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000 for Manager Posts
Rs.50,000 - 1,60,000 for Deputy Manager Posts

Application Fee: Rs.500/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
