Job Description :

Sashastra Seema Bal invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Sub Inspector (Radiographer), Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist), Assistant Sub Inspector (Operation Theatre Technician), Assistant Sub Inspector (Dental Technician) in Group-'C' Non-Gazetted (Combatised) and Non-Ministerial in Sashastra Seema Bal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Assistant Sub Inspector: 07 Vacancies

Radiographer: 03 Vacancies
Pharmacist: 02 Vacancies
Operation Theatre Technician: 01 Vacancy
Dental Technician: 01 Vacancy

Important Dates:

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognised board, and
(ii) Diploma of duration of minimum two years in relevant disicipline from a recognised institute, and
(iii) Candidate must have minimum one year of relevant experience or hundred bedded hospital or institution recognised by the Central Government or State Governments.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 20-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of III Stages selection process:

Stage-I: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) [Candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will have to undergo Physical Standard Test (PST).]
Stage-II: Written Examination [Candidates declared qualified in Physical Standard Test (PST) will have to appear in written examination.]
Stage-III: Documentation And Skill Test [After completion of written examination, a call list of candidates will be prepared, to put through the documentation process prior to appear in skill test.]

Candidates declared qualified in PET, PST, Written Examination, Documentation and Skill Test will be called for Detailed Medical Examination.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 05/06

Application Fee: Rs.100 for General/ EWS/ OBC categories candidates
SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.
