Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is a leading profit making company in the business of manufacturing and marketing of Fertilizers and Industrial Chemicals having revenues from operations of around Rs.17598.80 crores. The Company has been accorded the coveted “Navratna” status in August 2023. The manufacturing units are in Maharashtra (at Thal - Dist. Raigad and at Trombay - Chembur, Mumbai) with a National Level Marketing Network.

RCFL invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Graduate Apprentice/ Technician Apprentice/ Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time for training at Trombay, Mumbai & Thal, Raigad, District.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must possess a graduate degree, basic English knowledge and computer operation knowledge is essential.

Technician Apprentice: Candidates must complete the Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Trade Apprentice: Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination with relevant discipline.

Age Limit: Candidates must attained the minimum age of 18 years as on 01-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a merit list. The candidates from the merit list will be called for Document Verification.

Location of Training: Trombay- Mumbai and Thal, Raigad District

Stipend: Rs.7000/- per month for Trade Apprentice
Rs.8000/- per month for Technician Apprentice
Rs.9000/- per month for Graduate Apprentice

Application Fee: Rs. 100
Female, SC/ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.
