NHPC Limited is the largest hydropower development organization in India, with capabilities to undertake all the activities from conceptualization to commissioning of hydro projects. NHPC has also diversified in the field of Solar & Wind energy development etc.

NHPC Limited, a Navratna Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Non-Executive posts in NHPC.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 01-10-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Online Test (CBT) and Written Test. Based on merit of Online Test, the selected candidates shall be called for Document Verification (DV) at Corporate Office, Faridabad.

Test Centres: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Itanagar, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur and Ranchi

Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000 for Assistant Rajbhasha Officer Posts
Rs.29,600 - 1,19,500 for Junior Engineer Posts
Rs.27,000 - 1,05,000 for Hindi Translator Posts

Application Fees: Rs.708/- for General/ EWS/ OBC category candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
