Job Description :

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is entrusted with responsibility of development of infrastructure including National Highways in the North-eastern Region (NER), Hilly States, and Border & Strategic Areas. It was established as a Public Sector Undertaking under Companies Act, 2013, under the aegis of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), Government of India and started its operation in September 2015.

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the engagement as Young Professionals to contribute towards the development, management, and delivery of strategic road infrastructure in the country.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years for Associate, 40 years for Senior Associate, and 45 years for Consultant posts as on 14-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, personal interview, followed by the group discussion.

Pay Scale: Rs.70,000 - 80,000 for Associate Posts
Rs.80,000 - 1,50,000 for Associate Posts
Rs.1,50,000 - 2,75,000 for Consultant Posts
