Northern Coalfields himited (A Mini Ratna Company) is a subsidiary company of Coal India Limited, (A Government of India enterprise, functioning under the Ministry of Coal), invites online applications for the engagement of Apprentice Trainees in Degree/ Diploma disciplines and ITI Trades.

Apprentices Trainees: 1607 Positions

Graduates Apprentices: 241 Positions
Diploma Apprentices: 305 Positions
Trade Apprentices: 906 Positions
Paramedical Apprentices: 155 Positions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates Apprentices: Candidates must possess the relevant degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Diploma Apprentices: Candidates must complete the Diploma in the relevant stream.

Trade Apprentices: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent under the 10+2 system and they must be is possession of National/ State Trade Certificate in relevant Trade.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 26 years as on 01-06-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the merit list. A merit list shall be drawn on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in their qualifying examination stream for the Graduation/ Diploma/ ITI trade.

Stipend: Rs.12,300 for Graduates Apprentices
Rs.10,900 for Diploma Apprentices
Rs.10,560 for Trade Apprentices
Rs.13,700 for Paramedical Apprentices
