NBCC (India) Limited is a Schedule “A” premier Government of India Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The consolidated profit of the Company and its subsidiaries is Rs. 558.54 Crores while its total consolidated income is Rs. 10666.67 Crores during FY 2023-24. Having immense strength in the construction sector, NBCC has a PAN India as well as a global presence.

Eligibility Criteria:
Chief General Manager (Law) posts: The candidate must possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50% marks from Government recognized Institute/ University.
OR
Full-time 05-year integrated LLB degree with minimum 50% marks from Government recognized Institute/ University.

General Manager (Engg.) posts: The candidate must possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute.

Dy. General Manager posts: The candidate must possess a full-time MBA/ MSW / two years Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in management from a government-recognized University/ Institute with a Specialization in HRM/ PM/ IR as a major subject with 60 % aggregate marks.

Dy. General Manager (Arch. & Planning) posts: The candidate must possess a full time The candidate must possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Government recognized Institute/ University with 60 % aggregate marks.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 57 years for Chief General Manager (Law) posts.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 52 years for General Manager (Engg.) posts.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 41 years for Dy. General Manager posts as on 20-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview. The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/- for Chief General Manager (Law) posts
Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000/- for General Manager posts
Rs.70,000 - 2,00,000/- for Dy. General Manager posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1000/- for General/ Unreserved/ OBC/ Others candidates.
SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
