Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria, such as the required educational and professional qualifications, age limit, experiences (if any), and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement, to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Selection Process:
For E-6: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview
For E-3/E-2/E-1: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by the Personal Interview
For E-0: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Skill Test followed by the Personal Interview
For S-3: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT)

Scale of Pay: Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000 for General Manager Posts
Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000 for Manager Posts
Rs.50,000 - 1,60,000 for Deputy Manager Posts
Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000 for Assistant Manager, and Sr. Project Executive Posts
Rs.30,000 - 1,20,000 for Graduate Assistant Posts
Rs.27,270 for Junior Engineer Posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/-
SC/ ST/ PWD and Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
