The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Specialists on contract.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 25 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for ETL Developer, Data Scientist, Senior Business Analyst, and Specialist-Data Management post
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 24 years (25 years for UI /UX Developer) and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Business Analyst, and UI/ UX Developer post
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 35 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Project Manager- Application Management, Senior Analyst Network/ SDWAN Operations, and Senior Analyst-Cyber Security Operations post. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.

Selected candidates will have to undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination. Final appointment will be done only to those candidates who are declared medically fit bythe Bank’s Medical Officer.

Remuneration: Rs.12-18/- lakh Per year for ETL Developer, UI/UX Developer
Rs.18-24 lakh Per year for Data Scientist
Rs.12-15 lakh Per year for Senior Business Analyst, Specialist-Data Management
Rs.06-09 lakh Per year for Business Analyst
Rs.36/- lakh Per year for Project Manager-Application Management
Rs.30/-lakh Per year for Senior Analyst-Network/ SDWAN Operations, Senior Analyst- Cyber Security Operations

Application Fee: Rs.150/- for SC/ ST/ PWBD
Rs.850/- for all other category candidates
