MPESB MP Police Subedar and ASI Recruitment Exam 2025-26 Notification

Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Subedar (Stenographer) and Assistant Sub Inspector ASI Ministerial positions.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies Advertised: 500 Vacancies

Subedar (Stenographer): 100 Vacancies
Assistant Sub Inspector ASI Ministerial: 400 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:
Subedar (Stenographer) Posts: The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2).
AND
Candidates must have passed the shorthand (100 words per minute) examination from a recognized Board/ Polytechnic/ ITI/ MP recognized Council/ Board or equivalent institute.

Assistant Sub Inspector ASI Ministerial Posts: The candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) system (12th) from a recognized Board/Institution.
AND
The candidate must have passed Computer System Certification Test (CPCT) certificate with Hindi typing skills conducted by the Department of Science and Technology.
AND
The candidate must possess Engineering Degree/MCA/BCA/MSc (Computer Science/Information Technology) or Polytechnic Diploma approved by AICTE.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 33 years as on 17-10-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination (MCQs) in Hindi Language followed by the Document Verification and Practical Test.

Pay Scale: Rs.36,200 - 1,14,800 for Subedar (Stenographer) posts
Rs.19,500 - 62,000 for Assistant Sub Inspector ASI Ministerial posts

Application Fee: Rs. 560 for General category and other state candidates
Rs. 310 for OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates
