Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Master's degree with 55% marks in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 60 years as on 10-03-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The direct recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professors in the Colleges shall be on the basis of merit through all India advertisement and selection by the duly constituted Selection Committees.

The National Eligibility Test (NET) shall be the minimum eligibility for appointment of Assistant Professor.

Pay Scale: Pay Level - 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Application Fee: Rs.500/- for UR/ OBC/ EWS category candidates.
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
