Jharkhand High Court District Judge Recruitment 2024-25 Notification

The High Court of Jharkhand invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of the District Judge posts.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a graduate degree in Law from a recognized University for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 35 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years as on 31-01-2023. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a Preliminary Entrance Test, a Main Examination of 100 marks followed by the Viva-Voce Test of 40 marks. The final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Main Examination and Viva-Voce Test.

Pay Scale: Rs.1,44,840 – 1,94,660

Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates.
Rs.750/- General and other Candidates.
