Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is a 'Navratna', Schedule A' category CPSE, 75% owned by the Government of India, under the administrative control of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). IREDA Plays a major role in GOI’s initiatives for the promotion & development of the Renewable Energy sector. IREDA is India’s largest pure-play green financing NBFC engaged in promoting, developing, and extending financial assistance for setting up projects relating to new and renewable sources of energy and energy efficiency/ conservation.

IREDA invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various post on regular basis, for its various offices.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Executive Director, 52 years for General Manager, 48 years for Additional General Manager, 45 years for Deputy General Manager, 42 years for Chief Manager, 35 years for Manager posts as on 07-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of document verification followed by the Interview.

Pay Scale: Rs.1,50,000 - 3,00,000 Executive Director Posts
Rs.1,20,000 - 2,80,000 for General Manager Posts
Rs.1,00,000 - 2,60,000 for Additional General Manager Posts
Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000 for Deputy General Manager Posts
Rs.80,000 - 2,20,000 for Chief Manager Posts
Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000 for Manager Posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1000/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-SM/ Internal are exempted from submission of application fee.
