Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a full-time graduate degree in any discipline along with either a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a 5-year Integrated LLB Degree from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities recognized by AICTE or UGC.
The LLB degree should be recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Minimum Post-qualification Experience Required: Candidates must possess minimum cumulative professional experience as a Law Officer in Grade A for 2 Years.

Candidates should have experience working in any of the following areas:
a) Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer, and Criminal matters) before different Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums,
b) Arbitration conciliation and other dispute resolution mechanisms,
c) Drafting and vetting various legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters, etc.

Desired Skill: Candidate must know all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, have Excellent written and verbal communication, Have experience in the Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical Industry, and Ability to prepare complex legal documents. 

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 as of 30-06-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Marks in the PG CLAT 2024 PG examination, Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) followed by the Personal Interview (PI).

Remuneration: Approx. Rs.17.32 Lacs per annum
