Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML), an Institute of National Importance and an autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement in various positions on a contractual basis.

The positions are purely contractual in nature, initially for a period of one-year, extendable on year-to-year basis for further three years, subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbents and need of the Institute.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years for Sr. Manager, 40 years for Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Jr Manager, and 35 years for Programme Assistant posts as on 19-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test, Skill Test followed by the Interview.
