Job Description :

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar is an Institute of National Importance and the 15th IIM set up by the Ministry of Education (earlier Ministry of Human Resource Development), locate in Amritsar, Punjab, India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various non-teaching posts on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualifications, age limit, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for Assistant Superintending Engineer, 45 years for Administrative Officer, and 40 years for all other posts as on 01-03-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process:

For Assistant Superintending Engineer, Administrative Officer, and Assistant Librarian Posts: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

For all other Posts: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written followed by the Skill Test.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 11 for Assistant Superintending Engineer Posts
Pay Level 10 for Administrative Officer, and Assistant Librarian Posts
Pay Level 06 for Junior Superintendent, Jr. Technical Superintendent, Junior Engineer, and Library Information Assistant Posts
Pay Level 03 for Junior Assistant Posts

Application Fee: Rs.500/- for General categories candidates
Rs.250/- for OBC-NCL/ EWS categories candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD & Female candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.
Candidate recommended paying the examination fee online.
