Job Description :

India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) is a wholly owned Government of India company set up in 2006 to provide long-term financial assistance to viable infrastructure projects. As a long-term lending institution, IIFCL is amongst the most diversified public sector infrastructure lenders in terms of eligible infrastructure sub-sectors and product offerings. It has the mandate to finance both green-field and brown-field projects across all infrastructure sub-sectors as notified by the Government in the Harmonised Master List of Infrastructure Subsectors.

IIFCL invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Manager (Grade B), and Assistant Manager (Grade A) posts through open competition on an India basis for various streams.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years (40 years for Manager) as on 28-02-26. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Selection for the Assistant Manager posts will be done through two phases:

Phase I - Online Examination (Objective Type): This examination will comprise a single Paper for 200 marks of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Current Affairs related to the Financial Sector.

Phase II - Interview (Technical and Behavioural): Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, based on marks obtained in Phase I (Written Examination).

Pay Scale: Rs. 55200 - 99750/- Manager posts
Rs. 44,500 - 89,150/- Assistant Manager posts
