India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) is a wholly owned Government of India company set up in 2006 to provide long-term financial assistance to viable infrastructure projects. As a long-term lending institution, IIFCL is amongst the most diversified public sector infrastructure lenders in terms of eligible infrastructure sub-sectors and product offerings. It has the mandate to finance both green-field and brown-field projects across all infrastructure sub-sectors as notified by the Government in the Harmonised Master List of Infrastructure Subsectors.

IIFCL invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Assistant General Manager (Grade C), and Deputy General Manager (Grade D) posts through open competition on an India basis for various streams.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years for Assistant General Manager, and 50 years for Deputy General Manager posts as on 30-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Selection Process: Selection for the Assistant Manager posts will be done through two phases:

Phase I - Online Examination (Objective Type): This examination will comprise a single Paper for 200 marks of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Current Affairs related to the Financial Sector.

Phase II - Interview (Technical and Behavioural): Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, based on marks obtained in Phase I (Written Examination).

Rs. 44,500 - 89,150/- Assistant Manager posts
