IDBI Bank Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract).

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government/ Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Passing only a diploma course will not qualify as an eligibility criterion.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in computers/IT-related aspects.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 20 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years. The candidate must have been born not earlier than October 2, 1999 and not later than October 1, 2004 both dates inclusive. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
    
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Remuneration: Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year

Application Fees: Rs.1050/-
Rs.250/- for SC/ ST/ PwBD category candidates.
