Job Description :

Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) is a joint venture company incorporated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), NTPC Limited (NTPC), Coal India Limited (CIL), Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) with the prime objective to establish and operate state of the art environment-friendly and energy-efficient Natural Gas based Fertilizer Complexes (Ammonia-Urea) of 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (1.27 MMTPA neem coated urea) at Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sindri (Jharkhand) & Barauni (Bihar), and simultaneously market their products, thus spurring economic growth.

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961 for training at HURL Barauni, Bihar.

Graduate Apprentice Trainee: 13 Positions
Technical Apprentice Trainee: 20 Positions

Educational Qualification:

Technician Apprentice: The candidate must have completed a Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Graduate Apprentice: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 01-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and will have to complete Pre-engagement medical fitness tests by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent authority before engagement as Apprentices Trainee as per Apprentices Act 1961.

Posting of Training: Bihar

Stipend: Rs. 9,000 for Graduate Apprentice Trainee
Rs. 8,000 for Diploma Apprentice Trainee
