Job Description :

Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, Ambalamugal, Kochi, invites online applications from eligible Graduate holders in Engineering, Diploma holders in Engineering and Diploma holders in Commercial Practice, passed during the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Apprentices: Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: The candidate must have completed a Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years as on 01-11-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted for selection based on the percentage of marks obtained in the minimum prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. The shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original certificates/ documents, followed by the Written Test, Skill Test, and Interview.

Duration of Training: One year

Remuneration: Rs. 12,300 for Graduate Apprentices
Rs. 10,900 for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
