Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a full time Graduate Degree and 02 years full time First Class or 60 % Marks (55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates) in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 26 years as on 01-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will selected on the basis of overall marks scored in Essential Educational Qualification examination.

Shortlisted candidates after document verification will appear for interview. Final selection will be based on performance (marks obtained) in the interview only.

Period of Training: 12 Months

Stipend: Rs.15,000/-
