Job Description :

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board invites online applications from eligible candidates for the Combined Examination, 2025 for the post of Assistant Teacher (Primary) positions.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 1180 Vacancies

Assistant Teacher (Primary) in Directorate of Education: 1055 Vacancies
Assistant Teacher (Primary) in New Delhi Municipal Council: 125 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 16-10-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Examination.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 06

Application Fee: Rs.100
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Serviceman and Women candidates are exempted from paying Application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
