Job Description :

The Central Selection Board of Constables invites online applications from eligible candidates for the selection to the post of Constable Driver in various districts of the Constable Cadre of Bihar Police.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies:

Constable Driver: 4361 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or any other equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 20 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 01-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Medical Test, Personality Test and Document Verification.

Pay Scale: Pay Level-03

Application fees: Rs.180/- for SC/ ST/ Female/ Transgender category candidates
Rs.675/- for all other category candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 01-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test followed by the Physical Efficiency Test and Document Verification.
