Job Description :

Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya (BSSRV), Golaghat invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant positions.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any Stream from a recognized University.
The applicants must possess а minimum Six months Diploma/ Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government-recognized institute.
Candidate must have proficiency in Basic Computer Applications like MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet etc.

Desirable: Experience of working in any higher educational institution shall be preferred.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 04-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of Phase I of Screening test (OMR based), Phase II Written test followed by the Phase-III of Computer Practical Test and Interaction.

Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in Phase-II and III.

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 - 60,500/-

Application Fee: Rs. 1500/- for General/ ОBC/ MOBС candidates
SC/ ST/ BPL/ PwBD candidates are exempted from submission of application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
