AWES Teacher Recruitment 2024-25 Admit Card Download

Army Welfare Education Society invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of teachers under various categories, for cantonments and military stations across India. The candidates who appeared in the online screening test will be given a scorecard with lifetime validity. The candidates with score cards may also appear for the online screening test to improve their scores, and have a have a better chance of being hired. 

Candidates who possess a score card may apply for ‘Regular Post’ are interviewed by a ‘Central Selection Board’ (CSB). The final selection of candidates for cantonments and military stations across India, will be based on an online screening test of 200 marks, followed by an interview, and evaluation of teaching skills & computer proficiency. 

For Language teachers, written test comprising an essay writing and comprehension of 15 marks each would be held along with evaluation of teaching skills. The Selection Committee may also hold computer proficiency tests, if required.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Graduation degree for TGT and PRT posts and a Post-graduate degree for PGT posts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 

Age Limit: The candidate must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for non-experienced candidates as on 01-04-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit for experienced candidates, and reserved category candidates is applicable per government rules.
