  Job Description :

  

  Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) invites online applications from Sportspersons in the following discipline for recruitment under Sports Quota through Open Advertisement for the year 2024-25.

  Wrestling (Men): 02 Vacancies
  Hockey (Men): 05 Vacancies
  Hockey (Women): 03 Vacancies
  Football (Men): 06 Vacancies
  Cross Country (Men): 02 Vacancies
  Weightlifting (Women): 03 
  Basketbal (Men): 02 Vacancies

  Important Dates:
  Commencement of Online Application: 04-01-2025
  Last Date of Online Application: 03-02-2025

  Educational Qualification:

  Level-I (G. P. 1800): 10th Pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) granted by NCVT.

  Level-II (G. P. 1900): 10th Pass OR 10th Pass plus Course completed Act Apprentice/ ITI certificate granted by NCVT in relevant trades. 

  The training period of Sports Quota appointees will be 02 years, unless they passes ITI qualification in the relevant trade, in which case it will be 06 months.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 01-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

  Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of examination(s) and interviews.

  Probation: One Year

  Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 - 20200

  Application Fee: Rs.250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PwD/ Women/ Minorities and Economic Backward Class.
  Rs.500/- for all other candidates.
  Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
