Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 56 years for Registrar, Librarian, 35 years for Assistant Registrar, Hindi Officer, 30 years for Superintendent, Junior Hindi Translator, 33 years for Senior Technician and Assistant, 27 years for Technician, and Junior Assistant posts as on 08-05-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written test/ interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 14 for Registrar, and Librarian Posts
Pay Level of 10 for Assistant Registrar, and Hindi Officer Posts
Pay Level of 06 for Superintendent, and Junior Hindi Translator Posts
Pay Level of 04 for Senior Technician Posts
Pay Level of 03 for Technician, and Junior Assistant Posts

Application Fee: Rs.1500 for UR/ OBC/ EWS category candidates
Rs.750 for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates
