North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), Umiam is an autonomous body under the Department of Space, Government of India to assist the development process in the North Eastern Region using space science and technology.

North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), ISRO, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various positions on a temporary project basis at NESAC, Umiam, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years for Junior Research Fellow, 30 years for Research Scientist, and 35 years for Project Associate posts as on date of Interview. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview.
 
Pay Scale: Rs.56,100/- for Research Scientist Posts
Rs.37,000/- for Junior Research Fellow Posts
Rs.31,000/- for Project Associate Posts
