Applications are invited from eligible unmarried male and female Law Graduates for the grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army for the Judge Advocate General Branch.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess an LLB Degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. In addition, CLAT PG 2025 Score is mandatory for all candidates. Candidate should be from a College/ University recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 01-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
    
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated to the selection centre via email. After the allotment of the Selection Centre, SSB dates will be allotted to the candidates.

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centres viz. Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), and Jalandhar (Punjab).

Candidates will be selected based on a two-stage selection procedure. Candidates who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in stage I will be returned on the same day. The duration of the SSB interview is five days.

Training: 49 weeks

Stipend: 56,100/- per month
