The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Tirupati, is a premier Autonomous Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for the promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years for Lab Assistant, 33 years for Junior Office Assistant, 35 years for Superintendent, Technical Assistant, Junior Library Superintendent, 38 years for Nurse, Private Secretary, 40 years for Assistant Executive Engineer, Medical Officer, Assistant Registrar posts as on 02-02-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening/ Skill/ Written test and selection would be final and binding on all the candidates.

Pay Scale:
Pay Level 10 for Assistant Executive Engineer, Medical Officer, Assistant Registrar Posts
Pay Level 07 for Nurse, Private Secretary Posts
Pay Level 06 for Superintendent, Technical Assistant, Junior Library Superintendent, Junior Translator Posts
Pay Level 04 for Junior Office Assistant Posts
Pay Level 03 for Lab Assistant Posts

Application Fee:
For Group A: Rs.1000 for Gen/ OBC/ EWS category candidates, and Rs.500 for SC/ ST category candidates.
For Group B: Rs.750 for Gen/ OBC/ EWS category candidates, and Rs.3750 for SC/ ST category candidates.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
