Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: The candidate's maximum age limit is 56 years for Executive Director, 54 years for Chief General Manager, and Project Superintendent, 52 years for General Manager, 50 years for Additional General Manager, 48 years for Deputy General Manager, 45 years for Senior Manager, 42 years for Manager, 35 years for Deputy Manager, 28 years for Assistant Manager and 32 years for Junior Manager as on 01-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview only for all the positions except Assistant Managers.

For Assistant Manager positions, the candidate will be selected based on a written test that will be scheduled tentatively in September 2024 at Kolkata and Ranchi. Candidates will have to appear in Part I: Discipline Knowledge Questions for a total of 60 marks, and Part II: General Management Aptitude Test for a total of 25 marks of written examinations.

Rs.1,20,000 - 2,80,000 for Chief General Manager, and Project Superintendent Posts
Rs.1,00,000 - 2,60,000 for General Manager Posts
Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000 for Additional General Manager Posts
Rs.80,000 - 2,20,000 for Deputy General Manager Posts
Rs.70,000 - 2,00,000 for Senior Manager Posts
Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000 for Manager Posts
Rs.50,000 - 1,60,000 for Deputy Manager Posts
Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000 for Assitant Manager Posts
Rs.30,000 - 1,20,000 for Junior Manager Posts
