Eligibility Criteria:

Deputy Manager and Manager Posts: Candidates must possess a B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Industrial/ Production/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks.

Officer Posts: Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in Science discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. CGPA/CPI and “Sub officers course” from NFSC Nagpur or equivalent course from any recognized Government of India Institute.
OR
Master's degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a main subject at the degree level.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years for Deputy Manager, 36 years for Manager, 35 years for Officer posts as on 28-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview at New Delhi or through video conferencing.

Place of Posting: Delhi/ Gurugram, Regional Offices at Chennai, Vadodara, Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices and Construction Sites etc.

Remuneration: Rs.80,000 - 2,20,000/- per month for Manager posts
Rs.70,000 - 2,00,000/- per month for Deputy Manager posts
Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000/- per month for Officer posts
