Bank Note Paper Mill India Pvt. Ltd. (BNPMIPL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Managers and Assistant Manager positions in Finance and Accounts, Materials Management, and Information Technology disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 for Manager posts and 30 for Assistant Manager as on 25-10-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: For the post of Assistant Manager: Candidates will be selected based on an Online test (Objective type -multiple choice) and Personal Interviews.

For the post of Manager: The candidate selection will be based on two stages:

First stage: This stage will be based on an Online test (Objective type -multiple choice).

Second stage: This stage will comprise three sections of Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The final selection would be based on the cumulative score obtained in the various modes of selection in the 2nd stage only.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 11 of 69,700/- for Manager posts
Pay Level 08 of 52,000/- for Assistant Manager posts

Application Fee: Rs. 800 for other category candidates, and Rs. 300 for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD.
