Integrated DBA (IDBA)
Most professionals pursue an MBA, but only a few go on to earn a DBA. The Integrated Doctorate in Business Administration (IDBA) at the London School of Management and Technology (LSMT) is built for the ones who want both — without the time, cost, or repetition of doing them separately. It is a four-year, fully online program that combines the strategic management foundations of a master's degree with the research depth, leadership authority, and intellectual rigour of a doctorate — in a single, seamlessly integrated pathway.
The program is structured across two distinct stages. The MBA stage — completed in the first one and a half years — covers leadership, management, organisational development, and a chosen specialisation from five industry-focused tracks: Human Resources, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Finance, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Strategic Marketing. The DBA stage — spanning the following two and a half years — moves into advanced research capability, strategic management, entrepreneurship, globalisation, governance, and a full Research and Dissertation that contributes original, evidence-based insight to a real business challenge. Every module in the program connects to the next, building a cumulative body of knowledge that neither qualification could develop alone.
As a member of the Euro American Education Group — a network spanning the USA, UK, Switzerland, Malta, and France — LSMT students benefit from international academic exposure and accreditation aligned with European and global standards. The IDBA is designed for senior managers and executives, aspiring consultants, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers, strategic advisors, and corporate innovators who are ready to lead at the highest level in their field — and want a qualification that reflects exactly that ambition.
LSMT Online IDBA
The Only Program That Gives You an MBA and a DBA Without Doubling the Work

Two Qualifications Built Into One Coherent Journey
The IDBA removes the inefficiency of pursuing an MBA and a DBA sequentially — eliminating repeated coursework, reducing the overall timeline, and building a program where every stage feeds directly into the next. The result is a more focused, more connected, and more intellectually demanding experience than either degree delivers on its own.

Five MBA Specialisations Provising Full Spectrum Knowledge
The MBA stage is not a generic management curriculum. Choose a specialisation — Human Resources, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Finance, Tourism and Hospitality Management, or Strategic Marketing — and develop a concentrated body of expertise in the area that matters most to your career. The specialisation becomes the lens through which the entire DBA stage is approached.
Doctoral Research Based in Real Business Problems
The DBA stage and final dissertation are not theoretical exercises. They are rigorous, evidence-based contributions to a real challenge in the business world — conducted with the support of experienced research supervisors and a personal academic mentor who guide the process from proposal to defense. The research produced is original, practical, and genuinely valuable.

Fully Online and Built Around a Working Professional's Life
The program is delivered online with instructor-led sessions. There is a virtual library with unlimited access to research journals and academic resources, webinars, workshops, and collaborative forums — all structured around the careers, commitments, and time zones of professionals who cannot step away from what they have already built.

A Dual Degree That Travels Anywhere Business Is Done
Aligned with the European Higher Education Area, the Bologna Process, and the ENIC-NARIC framework — and supported by accreditation through the Euro American Education Group's network spanning the USA, UK, Switzerland, Malta, and France — the IDBA is a qualification that carries genuine international credibility in boardrooms, academic institutions, and consulting organisations worldwide.
A Global Network Worth Being Part Of
Completing the IDBA means joining a community of LSMT alumni representing several countries — professionals at the senior end of business, research, consulting, and academia who have done the same work and understand what it took. That network stays active and relevant long after graduation.
Research That Contributes Something Real
The dissertation that closes the IDBA is not an academic formality. It is an original, evidence-based contribution to the understanding of a real business challenge — the kind of work that shapes practice, informs strategy, and demonstrates the depth of doctoral-level thinking to anyone who reads it.
