Union Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Director and Lecturer positions.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 15 Vacancies

Assistant Director in National Fire Service College, Ministry of Home Affairs: 03 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognized University or Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Institution.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 07

Lecturer (English) in School Education Department, Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh: 05 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must possess a Post-Graduation in English with B.Ed.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 09

Lecturer (Mathematics) in School Education Department, Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh: 07 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must possess a Post-Graduation in Mathematics with B.Ed.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 09

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Recruitment Test followed by the Interview of 100 marks. Candidates must have secured 50 marks for UR/ EWS, 45 marks for OBC, and 40 marks for SC/ ST/ PwBD in order to be eligible for final selection.

Application Fee: Rs.25/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
