Job Description
Indian Space Research Organization/ Department of Space Centres/ Units are engaged in Research and Development activities in development of Space Application, Space Science and Technology for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving selfreliance and developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/ Remote Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them.
Department of Space, Government of India, Indian Space Research Organisation [ISRO] invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Assistants/ Upper Division Clerk, and Junior Personal Assistant/ Stenographer posts in ISRO Centres/ Units and in Autonomous Bodies.

Junior Personal Assistant/ Stenographer: 92 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:
Assistants/ Upper Division Clerk Posts: Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree with minimum of 60% marks by any recognized University, with a pre-requisite condition that Graduation should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University;
AND
Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Computers.
Junior Personal Assistant/ Stenographer Posts: Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree with minimum of 60% marks declared by any recognized University, with a pre-requisite condition that Graduation should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University;
OR
Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized Board/ University, with a pre-requisite condition that Diploma should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University; One-year experience as Steno-Typist/ Stenographer.
AND
Candidates must have a minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography; Proficiency in the use of Computer.
Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years as on 16-08-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test, Skill Test, followed by Document Verification.
Pay Scale: Pay Level-04
Application Fee: Rs.100/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
