Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board invites online applications from eligible candidates for the Nursing Officer Exam under the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department, Uttarakhand.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a University or Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, or B.Sc. Nursing regular course from a University or Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a University or Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery/Psychiatry from a University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. 
And
Candidate must have a certificate of registration as B.Sc. (Hons.) or B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery/Psychiatry from Uttarakhand/Indian Nursing and Midwifery Council.
And
Candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidate must have served in the Territorial Army for at least 02 years,
Or
Candidate must have obtained "B" or "C" certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years as 01-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination of 200 marks.

Written Examination Location: Dehradun, Srinagar, Haldwani, and Almora

Pay Scale: Pay Level 07 in the Pay Matrix of Rs.44,900- 1,42,400

Application Fee: Rs.300 for General/ OBC category candidates
Rs.150 for SC/ ST/ EWS/ Divyang category candidates
