Tripura Public Service Commission Agartala invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Principal, Group-A Gazetted, Regional College of Physical Education, Panisagar under the Education (Youth Affairs and Sports) Department, Government of Tripura.

Principal: 01 Vacancy

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a Ph. D degree in Physical Education.

Professor/ Associate Professor in a relevant subject (Physical Education) with a total service/ experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/ research in Universities, Colleges, and other higher education institutions.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed UGC listed Journals.

Desirable: Having Knowledge of Bengali or Kok-borok.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 40 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years as of 11-03-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of 02 successive stages:
(i) Screening by API Score for 100 marks.
(ii) Interview/ Viva for 15 marks

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 14

Application Fee: Rs.400/- for General category candidates.
Rs.350/- for ST/ SC/ BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped category candidates.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
