SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2026-27 Notification

The State Bank of India (SBI) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to the various Specialist Cadre Officers Posts on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a Government-recognized University or Institution & Certification in Forex Operations from IIBF.

Candidates must have outstanding communication, presentation and processing skills.

Candidates must have minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Finance processing in Supervisory/ Official role in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 23 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as on 30-04-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Shortlisting and Interviews.

The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.

Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only.

Probation Period: 06 Months

Scale of Pay: Rs.64,820 - 93,960/-

Application Fee: Rs.750/- for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates.
Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ PwBD are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
