RAC invites online applications from graduate engineers and post graduates in Science including students who have appeared in their final semester examinations, for recruitment to the posts of Scientist 'B' in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) and to the encadred posts of Scientist 'B’ in Weapons & Electronics Systems Engineering Establishment (WESEE) Delhi, College of Military Engineering (CME) Pune, Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune, Selection Centre North (SCN) Jalandhar/ Selection Centre Central (SCC) Bhopal/ Selection Centre South (SCS) Bangalore under Army HQ, Navy HQ, Air HQ, and other units/ estts.

Scientist ‘B’ in DRDO: 127 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess at least first class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years as on 25-06-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of GATE score in the ratio of 1:10 subject to their availability in order of discipline-wise category-wise merit list. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- General/ EWS/ OBC male candidates
SC/ ST/ Divyangjan and women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
