The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Assistant Environmental Engineer in the Department of Science Technology and Environment, Government of Punjab.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a degree in Civil/ Chemical/ Environment Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Candidate should have passed Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 37 years of age as of 01/01/2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Application Fee: Rs.1500/- for General, Sports Persons, and Wards of Freedom Fighters of Punjab, Rs.750/- for SC/ST/OBC of Punjab state candidates, and Rs. 500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab state, EWS/ PWD and lineal descendants of Ex-Serviceman of Punjab.

Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.

Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600/-

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a Written Competitive examination of 480 marks and an Interview for 60 marks.
