POWERGRID, a ‘Maharatna’ Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India and one of the largest Transmission Utilities in the World is engaged in Power Transmission business with the mandate for planning, coordination, supervision and control over complete Inter-State Transmission System and operation of National & Regional power grids.

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), invites online applications from eligible candidates for the Engagement of Experienced Company Secretary Professional (on contract) on Fixed Tenure Basis for Subsidiaries/ SPV companies of POWERGRID. The engagement shall be purely on temporary & contract basis for a period of 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must be a Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and have at least 01 year in company secretariat of any unlisted/ listed company.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 29 years as of 31-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on marks secured in the interview only.

Remuneration: Rs.30,000 - 1,20,000 per month

Application Fee: Rs. 400/-
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-SM are exempted from the payment of the Application Fee.
