Job Description :

National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), is a 100% owned Company of NHAI, formed under the guidance of the MoRT&H for the implementation of Multi-modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), Port Connectivity Roads, Inter Modal Station, Ropeways, Wayside Amenities, OFC Laying and other associated projects on Pan India basis.

NHLML invites online applications from eligible candidates for appointment on a Contract basis either on direct rolls from Government and Private Sector or on deputation - from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities/ Research Institutions of Govt. or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies or Retired Officials.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for Company Secretary post, 45 years for Senior Manager post, 62 years for Chief Operating Officer post, 56 years for Senior Vice President Regional Officer, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President post, and 50 years for Chief Manager post. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will selected on the basis of Interviews.

Period of Appointment: 03 years

Remuneration: Rs.84,000/- for Company Secretary post
Rs.1,20,000 – Rs.2,80,000 for Chief Operating Officer post
Rs.1,00,000 – Rs.2,60,000 for Senior Vice President Regional Officer post
Rs.80,000 – Rs.2,20,000 for Assistant Vice President post
Rs.70,000 – Rs.2,00,000 for the Chief Manager post
Rs.90,000 – Rs.2,40,000 for Vice President post
Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000 for Senior Manager post
