National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), a CPSE established under the aegis of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, having its area of operations in North Eastern States, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Technical Executive position on direct recruitment basis.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 38 years for Senior Manager, 41 years for Deputy General Manager, 44 years for General Manager and 48 years for Senior General Manager posts as on 13-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Eligibility Test, Specific Written Test followed by the Personal Interview.

Pay Scale: Rs.70,000 - 2,00,000 for Senior Manager posts
Rs.80,000 - 2,20,000 for Deputy General Manager posts
Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000 for General Manager posts
Rs.1,00,000 - 2,60,000 for Senior General Manager posts
