The National Housing Bank (NHB), invites online applications from eligible candidates for the appointments to the regular posts of Dy.
General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Assistant Manager and contractual posts of Chief Information Security Officer, Head: Learning & Development and Senior Tax Officer posts.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, sports eligibility, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 40 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Dy. General Manager, and Chief Information Security Officer posts.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 36 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Assistant General Manager posts.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years for Assistant Manager posts.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 62 years for Head: Learning & Development, and Senior Tax Officer posts as on 01-10-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on shortlisting and Interview. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfil the eligibility criteria are more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee, followed by Group Discussion, will be carried out for short-listing the candidates to be called for the Interview.

For the Posts of Assistant Manager: The selection will be based on performance in the online Examination and Interview.

Probation Period: Two years for Assistant Manager Posts
One Year for all other posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 1,40,500 – 1,56,500 for Deputy General Manager
Rs. 1,20,940 – 1,35,020 for Assistant General Manager
Rs. 48,480 - 85,920 for Assistant Manager

Application Fee: Rs. 175/- for SC/ ST/ PwBD categories candidates.
Rs. 850/- for other category candidates.
