  Job Description :

  Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC), is a schedule ‘A’, Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Administrative control of Ministry of Railways. The Company is a Public Finance Institution engaged in supporting creation of infrastructure in Railway Sector in India. Its main business activity has been leasing of Rolling Stocks (Locomotives, Passenger Coaches and Freight Wagons) and Railway projects to Indian Railways.

  Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant (NE5 Level) and Assistant Manager/ Finance (E1 Level).

  Tentative Date for Computer Based Test (CBT): June 2026

  Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a three years Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks
  And
  Candidates must have qualified CA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 01-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

  Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (Written Exam), Document Verification of shortlisted candidates, Interview and Medical Test. 

  Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000/- for Assistant Manager Posts
  Rs.21,000 - 740,000/- for Assistant Posts

  Application Fee: Rs.500 for UR/ OBC-NCL/ EWS categories candidates
  SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Transgender candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
