Job Description :

Tentative Exam Schedule for CEN 03/2024 (JE, CMA & Metallurgical Supervisor): 13-12-2024 to 17-12-2024 (CBT-1)

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification-

Junior Engineer: Candidates must possess a three-year diploma in the relevant engineering discipline or a B.Sc. degree in engineering of three years duration, or a combination of any substream of the basic streams of civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, etc. from a recognized university/institute.

Depot Material Superintendent: Candidates must possess a three-year diploma in any engineering discipline.

Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 45% marks.

Age Limit: Candidates should have a minimum age of 18 and a maximum age of 36 as of January 1, 2025. However, relaxations in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates are applicable as per central government directives.

Pay Scale:

Pay Level- 6 for Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendents, and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistants positions

Pay Level- 7 for Chemical Supervisor, and Metallurgical Supervisor positions

RRB JE Application Fee 2024:

Rs. 250/- for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Females, Minorities, or EBC Candidates
Rs. 500/- for General (Unreserved), and OBC category candidates

Applicants are suggested to pay the application fee online only.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a 1st stage computer-based test (CBT) of 100 marks, a 2nd stage CBT of 150 marks, and document verification or medical examination, as applicable.
