IBPS CRP RRBs XIV Common Recruitment Process

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Officer Assistants: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

For Officer Scale-I: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy; Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.

For Officer Scale-II: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

For Officer Scale-III: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years for Officer Assistants posts
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years for Officer Scale- I.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years for Officer Scale- II.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for Officer Scale- III as on 01-09-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through two phases of exams:

Preliminary Examination:
For the Post of Office Assistants: Reasoning exam of 40 marks, and Numerical Ability exam of 40 marks.
For the Post of Officer: Reasoning exam of 40 marks, and Quantitative Aptitude exam of 40 marks.

Main Examination:
For the Post of Office Assistants: Reasoning of 50 marks, Computer Knowledge of 20 marks, General Awareness of 40 marks, English & Hindi Language Hindi of 80 marks and Numerical Ability of 50 marks.
For the Post of Officer: Reasoning of 50 marks, Computer Knowledge of 20 marks, General Awareness of 40 marks, English & Hindi Language Hindi of 80 marks and Quantitative Aptitude of 50 marks.

Application Fee: Rs. 175/- for SC/ ST/ PWBD categories candidates
Rs. 850/ for all other candidates.
